Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or using the ac5 platform. This document applies to users in Bangladesh and forms the legal basis of your relationship with the platform.

Account Creation & Security
To register on ac5, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- You may not share your account with or allow access by any other person.
- If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support center immediately.
- A copy of a valid government-issued ID may be required upon request by the authorities for account verification purposes.
Creating an account with false information, concealing your identity, or engaging in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the ac5 platform, you are required to comply with the following rules:
- Using any software, bots, or automated methods to interfere with or damage the platform's technical infrastructure is not permitted.
- Unauthorized access to another user's information or account is strictly prohibited.
- Strategically manipulating the betting system or engaging in collusion is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
- Platform content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.
Violations of the above rules entitle ac5 to suspend or close the account and withhold any associated balance without prior notice.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on ac5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are accepted via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within business days; however, delays may occur if account verification has not been completed.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus or promotion has its own turnover requirements and validity period. Reading the associated terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited.
Account Suspension or Closure
Ac5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to rule violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns. Users may also request account closure at any time — any eligible balance will be returned accordingly.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The ac5 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. ac5 will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, network issues, or third-party causes. Betting carries financial risk, and all wins and losses are entirely the user's own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Ac5's logo, brand name, designs, software, and all content are protected intellectual property of the platform. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Information
The platform may reference third-party services or content. ac5 accepts no responsibility for the activities or content of any third parties. Users engage with third-party services at their own risk.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to a competent court in Bangladesh.
